Grid Connections
This connection carries power between the utility grid and the ATS. Direct
connection to utility feeders or a line side may require coordination with the
local utility.
To connect the ATS to the service entrance (whole-home backup) or main panel (partial-home
backup):
1. At the ATS, connect ground and neutral conductors to the ground and neutral bars and
power conductors to the
GRID L1
and
L2
terminals. Torque to 22.5Nm.
2. Terminate conductors at the service entrance or main panel.
