To manually bypass the ATS:
1. At the main service panel, turn the 2-pole breaker that connects the grid to the ATS to
OFF.
2. Turn the inverter and battery DC disconnects to OFF.
3. At the ATS, turn the 200A service disconnect and inverter AC breakers (see diagram) to
OFF.
4. Locate the 3-pin manual bypass jumper in the
Accessories
bag that has pins 1 and 3
jumped.
5. Plug the jumper into the terminals labeled
RSD+
and
RSD-
.
6. Remove the black safety cover if necessary and turn the bypass switch to
GRID
.
7. Turn the inverter AC breaker to ON.
8. Turn the ATS 200A service disconnect to ON.
9. Turn the inverter and battery DC disconnects to ON.
