operator should only have to enter the target rate and working width
and all other factors are adjusted in the background to ensure the
correct rate is applied.
As dynamic calibration is constantly self-correcting, the calibration
routine is there to assist in determining the appropriate gate height
and to calculate the forward speed range for applying a new product.
