1.Starttheengine.Engagethehydraulicliftleverand
lowerthebeduntilthecylindersarelooseinthe
slots.Releasetheliftleverandturnofftheengine.
2.Removethelynchpinsfromtheouterendsofthe
cylinderrodclevispins(

3.Removetheclevispinssecuringthecylinderrod
endstothebedmountingplatesbypushingthepins

5.Liftthebedoffofthevehicle.
CAUTION
Thefullbedweighsapproximately325lb(147.5
kg),sodonottrytoinstallorremoveitby
yourself.Useanoverheadhoistorgetthehelp
oftwoorthreeotherpeople.
6.Storethecylindersinthestorageclips.Engagethe
hydraulicliftlockleveronthevehicletoprevent
accidentalextensionoftheliftcylinders.

Note:Ifthebedsideswillbeinstalledontheatbed,
itiseasiertoinstallthembeforeinstallingthebedon
thevehicle.
Note:Ensurethattherearpivotplatesareboltedto
thebedframe/channelsothatlowerendanglestothe
rear(Figure35).
