1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface.
2.Raisethebed(ifsoequipped)andplacethesafety
supportontheextendedliftcylindertoholdupthe
bed.
CAUTION
Iftheenginehasbeenrunning,thepressurized,
hotcoolantcanescapeandcauseburns.
Donotopentheradiatorcapwhenthe
engineisrunning.
Allowenginetocoolatleast15minutesor
untiltheradiatorcapiscoolenoughtotouch
withoutburningyourhand.
Usearagwhenopeningtheradiatorcap,and
openthecapslowlytoallowsteamtoescape.
3.Removetheradiatorcap.

5.Disconnectthelowerradiatorhoseandallowcoolant
toowintoadrainpan.Whencoolantstops,
connectthelowerradiatorhose.

enginetoidleuntiltheuidhasacleanstreamout
ofthebleedscrew .
10.Closethebleedscrewwhiletheengineisrunning
11.Topofftheradiatorandinstallthecap.
12.Slowlyllthereservetankuntillevelreachesthe
Coldline.Donotoverll.Installthereservetank
cap.
13.Starttheengineandoperateituntilwarm.
14.Stoptheengine.Checkthecoolantleveland
replenishit,ifrequired.
