bearingspacertofallout(Figure82andFigure83).
Removethebearingfromtheoppositesideofthe
wheelhub.
3.Checkthebearings,spacer,andinsideofthewheelhub
forwear.Replaceanydamagedparts.
4.Toassemblethecastorwheel,pushthebearingintothe
wheelhub.Wheninstallingthebearings,pressonthe
outerraceofthebearing.
5.Slidethebearingspacerintothewheelhub.Pushthe
otherbearingintotheopenendofthewheelhubto
captivatethebearingspacerinsidethewheelhub.
6.Installthecastorwheelassemblybetweenthecastor
forkandsecureitinplacewiththeboltandlocknut.
ReplacingtheCuttingUnit
HingeCovers
Thehingecoverpreventsdebrisfromescapingathingepoints
betweencuttingunits.Ifcover(s)everbecomedamagedor
wormtheymustbereplaced.
