1.Changethereartirepressure.Dothistothe
correspondingsidethatneedsadjustment.
2.Adjustthecasterspacer.
3.Checkthefront-to-rearpitchandside-to-sideleveling
ofthecuttingunit.
MatchingtheHeightofCut
1.Checkthereartirepressure;refertoCheckingtheTire
Pressure(page34).
2.Settheheight-of-cuttothe101.6mm(4inches)
positionfollowingtheheight-of-cutdecal.
3.Withthemachineonlevelsurface,positiononeblade
front-to-rear.MeasureatAandfromlevelsurfaceto
thecuttingedgeofthebladetips(Figure74).
Note:Themeasurementshouldbe101.6mm(4
inches).

coverplate,amulchplate,grassdeectororbagger.
1.Removethelocknut,bolt,spring,andspacerholding
thedeectortothepivotbrackets(Figure75).
2.Removethedamagedorworngrassdeector.

torotate.Liftthedeectoruptothefull,open
positionandensurethatitrotatesintothefull,
downposition.
