bafeinsidethetankhas2levelsdependingiftheoiliswarm

1.Positionmachineonalevelsurface.
2.Disengagethepowertakeoff(PTO)andshutoffthe
engine.
3.Waitforallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingpositionandthensettheparkingbrake.
4.Cleanareaaroundcapandllerneckofhydraulictank
(Figure58).

hoursbyadoctorfamiliarwiththistype
ofinjury.Gangrenemayresultifthisis
notdone.
Keepyourbodyandhandsawayfrom
pin-holeleaksornozzlesthateject
high-pressurehydraulicuid.
Usecardboardorpapertondhydraulic
leaks.
Safelyrelieveallpressureinthehydraulic
systembeforeperforminganyworkonthe
hydraulicsystem.
Makesurethatallhydraulic-uidhoses
andlinesareingoodconditionandall
hydraulicconnectionsandttingsare
tightbeforeapplyingpressuretohydraulic
system.
ReplacingtheHydraulicFilterand
HydraulicOil
ServiceInterval:Aftertherst8hours
Every250hours—Changethehydrauliclterandthe
hydraulicoilwhenusingMobil
®
1oil.
Every500hours—Changethehydrauliclterandthe
hydraulicoilwhenusingToro
®
HYPR-OIL
500
hydraulicoil.
WARNING
Hothydraulicuidcancausesevereburns.
Allowthehydraulicuidtocoolbeforeperforming
anymaintenancetothehydraulicsystem.
1.DisengagethePTOandsettheparkingbrake.
2.Stoptheengineandwaitforallmovingpartstostop
beforeleavingtheoperatingposition.
Important:Donotsubstituteanautomotiveoil
lter,orseverehydraulic-systemdamagemay
result.
3.Locatethelterunderthefueltankandplaceadrain
panunderthelter(Figure59).
