  If the Toro Paint Sprayer engine doesn't start, starts with difficulty, or won't stay running, here are a few things to check: 1. Make sure the fuel tank has enough fuel. 2. Ensure the fuel-shutoff valve is open. 3. Position the throttle control midway between SLOW and FAST, and adjust the choke (ON for cold engine, OFF for warm engine). 4. Clean or replace the fuel strainer. 5. Check and correct any faulty electrical connections. 6. Clean, adjust, or replace the spark plug, and ensure the spark-plug wire is connected.
