low-ashengineoilthatmeetsorexceedsthefollowing
specications:
•APIClassicationLevelRequired:CH-4,CI-4,
orhigher.
•Preferredoil:SAE15W-40above-17ºC(0ºF)
•Alternateoil:SAE10W-30or5W-30(all
temperatures)
Note:T oroPremiumEngineOilisavailablefromyour
distributorineither15W-40or10W-30viscosity.Also,
refertotheengineowner'smanual(includedwiththe
machine)forfurtherrecommendations.
Note:Thebesttimetochecktheengineoiliswhen
theengineiscoolbeforeithasbeenstartedforthe
day.Ifyouhavealreadyruntheengine,allowtheoil
todrainbackdowntothesumpforatleast10minutes
beforechecking.IftheoillevelisatorbelowtheADD
markonthedipstick,addoiltobringtheoilleveltothe
FULLmark.Donotoverll.Iftheoillevelisbetween
theFULLandADDmarks,youdonotneedtoaddoil.
