23. Support the transmission.
24. Remove the 4 bolts and nuts securing the sides of
the transmission to the frame (2 bolts and 2 nuts on
each side) (Fig. 478).
26. Remove the variable speed pulley from the trans-
mission (Fig. 480).

27. Remove the bolt and washer securing the wheel hub
assembly to the transmission axle shaft. Remove the
wheel hub from the axle shaft (Fig. 481).
25. Carefully lower the transmission from the machine
(Fig. 479).
Note: Variable speed pulley will be unsecured.
