17. Route the belt up in front of the transmission toward
the top of the transmission (Fig. 498).
19. Install 4 bolts securing the variable speed pulley
assembly to the transmission (Fig. 500).

20. Lower the machine.

18. Tilt the variable speed pulley forward and route the
drive belt around it into the lower pulley groove (Fig.
