16. Insert the spacer and install a bearing into the pulley
side of the spindle housing (Fig. 750).

17. Slide the shoulder bearing onto the spindle shaft
(Fig. 751).

19. Place the spindle housing into a vise.
20. Install the lower spacer onto the spindle shaft (Fig.
753).
