1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,engagethe
parkingbrake,shutoffthesprayerpump,shut
offtheengine,andremovethekey.
2.Alignadrainpanunderthepressurelter
(Figure53).

4.Rotatethebowlcounterclockwiseandremove
thelterhead(Figure53).
5.Removethepressurelterelement(Figure53).
6.Cleanthepressurelterelementwithclean
water.
Important:Replacethelterifitisdamaged
orcannotbecleaned.
7.Checkthegasketforthedrainplug(located
insidethebowl)andthegasketforbowl(located
insidethelterhead)fordamageandwear
(Figure53).
Important:Replaceanydamagedorworn
gasketsfortheplug,bowl,orboth.
8.Installthepressurelterelementintothelter
head(Figure53).
Note:Ensurethatthelterelementisrmly
seatedintothelterhead.
9.Installthebowlontothelterhead,andtighten
byhand(Figure53).
10.Assemblethedraincapontothettingatthe
bottomofthebowl,andtightenthecapbyhand
(Figure53).
CleaningtheNozzleFilter
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,engagethe
parkingbrake,shutoffthesprayerpump,shut
offtheengine,andremovethekey.
2.Removethenozzlefromthesprayturret(Figure
54).
