HIGH QUALITY BEARING OILS
DESCRIPTION:
The product of the group MOGUL LK are high quality petroleum oils for bearings. Deep rafined basic
oils, on which base these oils are mostly formulated are made by special hydro technology. They
contain effective additives for increase of oxidating durability.
USE:
They are determined for various industry applications above all for long time fillings of machine
lubricating systems and machinery working a tempered areas which temperature does not exceed
approx. 60 °C. They also are used as working medium of hydrostatic systems with smaller up to
medium requirements on the thermical oxidation durability and lubricating PROPERTIES of working
medium. Some of them are also used for specific (f.e. technological) applications.
Typical applications of individual viscosity classes oils of this group are following:
MOGUL LK 10 – high speed spindles of machine in textile industry and high speed
spindles of machine tools
MOGUL LK 22 - bearings and transmissions of machines with low and medium stress unpretentious
hydrostatic systems, also fo hardening of small workpieces and components
MOGUL LK 32 - bearings and transmissions of machines (most often machine tools and textile
machines) with low and medium stress unpretentious hydrostatic systems,
MOGUL LK 46 - bearings and transmissions of larger machines (most often machine tools) with low
and medium stress unpretentious hydrostatic systems, also for hardening bath
MOGUL LK 68 a MOGUL LK 100 - movable machine parts working and driving machines with
smaller speeds and higher mechanical stress
