LOD Control and Stopping Method
Program Special Control Low Output Disable
This parameter Enables/Disables the Low Output Disable function and, if
enabled, selects a stopping method.

0 — Disabled
1 — Enabled — Decel Stop
2 — Enabled — Coast Stop
