4.1 General 4 Replacement Procedures
Installing the PCI Express Card or Optional PC Card
Install the optional PC card according to the following procedures and Figure 4-2, after
checking that the computer is turned off in boot mode.
1. Insert the PC card gently until it stops and is seated securely.
2. After checking that the PC card is seated securely, push the PC card release lever
slightly.
After the PC card is installed, check the hardware configuration in the Hardware Setup or
TSETUP program to make sure that the PC card is compatible with the current hardware
configuration.
