This feature allows you to prevent incoming calls
from accessing your station. You can still make out-
going calls.
TO USE DO NOT DISTURB MODE
Depress the
m
key.
l DND LED will light steady.
TO RELEASE THE DO NOT DISTURB MODE
Depress the
m
key.
l DND LED goes off.
GROUP LISTENING
This feature allows all persons present to hear the
distant party’s responses.
With the handset off-hook, depress and hold the
m
key.
l SPKR LED lights and the distant party’s voice is
heard via the
EKT’s
speaker (handset is off-hook
but inoperative).
When local response is required:
Release the
m
key.
l SPKR LED goes off.
l
EKT speaker is silenced.
l
Handset is activated.
Repeat the procedure as required.
