4.14 Sound board
Removing the Sound board
To remove the sound board, follow the steps below and refer to Figure 4-28.
1. Disconnect the sound board flexible cable from the connector PJ9510 on the sound
board and the connector CN9500 on the system board.
2. Peel off the glass tape on the sound board cable.
3. Remove the following screws fixing the HDD con holder.

4. Disconnect the sound board cable from the connector CN9511 on the sound board and
the connector CN9501 on the system board.
5. Remove the sound board cable while lifting up the HDD con holder
6. Remove the sound board.
