Limit switch (78)
An overload protection built in the circuit board stops the
motor when the chair/stretcher is at its top position.
Press the down pad for lowering.
There is a limit switch placed at the bottom end of the
stainless steel column. When a chair/stretcher hits an
obstacle while lowering or is at its lowest position, the
mechanism and switch feel the lack of tension in the drive
belt and stops the motor from unwinding the drive belt.
When the drive belt slackens press the up pad to tension it.

Make sure that the drive belt is free from damages all the way.
If it has to be changed please, read the separate instruction.
Motor (1)
There is hardly any fault with the motor. In very doubtful cases
rst check the fuse and the electrically wires. Test the motor
function by connecting the motor to the batteries directly and
via the capacitor to check if the capacitor is faulty.

When ordering spare parts please, specify model and serial
number, see label on the lift/trolley base. Serial no. starts on
0701-…….
Warning: Be careful when running the motor from
winding to the drive belt to the top position as the limit
switch will be out of function.
