TR 3000 Products produced later than 2007 Instruction how to change the Drivebelt
4. Lift the plastic cover a little bit (it’s fastened by velcro) and
disconnect the wires to the switches for up/down pedal.
Notice where the wires were connected, since you need to
connect them again later.
Lift off the plastic cover completely.
5. Lay the trolley on its side and remove the bottom steel
cover on the chassi.
6. Notice and remember how the drivebelt runs. Remove the
old drivebelt from the motor.
Removing
1. Lower the stretcher to its lowest position by pressing the
down button. Remove the pillow and mattress and fold
up the white plastic plate. Remove the square lid on top of
the sledge.
2. Release and remove the stop screw, inside the column,
see picture.
3. Now remove the stretcher and sledge in three phases:
a. Two persons needs to lift the stretcher about 100 mm
(4 inches) for a third person to put tape around the
sledge to keep the top sliding washers and the shims
in place, see picture. This makes it easier when
assembling the trolley later on.
b. Then lift the stretcher some more and remove the
screw and stainless steel pin holding the drivebelt
on the sledge, see picture.
Then tape the lower plastic washers.
c. Lift off the stretcher + sledge completely and place it
on the oor. Do this carefully so that the sliding washers
don’t fall out.
