Changing the tilt gas springs.
Remove mattress from the shower trolley.
Flip up the hinged white stretcher board.
Remove the triangular plate by unscrewing the two screws
shown in below photo.
Loosen the wire in one (either) stretcher short end. Do not
remove the wire.
