Electrical trouble shooting
1. Check that emergency stop is not activated.
2. Check voltage on both batteries.
Should be min. 12 V+ on each battery (24 V+ in series).
If not: batteries are not charged or need to be replaced.
3. Check that all cables are connected.
4. Check fuse.
5. Check that the charger is working correctly.
When the battery charger is proberly connected the LED
indicator rst lights up in amber. When the trolley/lift
is fully charged the LED indicator will turn green.
Plug in charger and measure on the charger plug (24 V+) –
If not: charger is broken.
If charger is ok. Attach charger to the lift and measure on
the pins on connector mounted in chassi.
Should be min. 24 V+.
If not: charger connector mounted in chassi is broken.
6. Disconnect the outer connections on the batteries and
measure.
Should be (24 V+).
If not: the circuit board and/or cables needs to be
replaced.
7. Check that micro switch is activated.
If not: problem is mechanical/related to belt.
8. When pushing up or down on the foot pedal, listen
for a click and measure that voltage is coming from
circuit board (24 V+) to the motor. Measure on the
below marked white connectors.
If not: problem can be mechanical fault with the
foot control or the circuit board and/or cables needs
to be replaced.
If all points mentioned above are OK, then it is the motor
that is damaged and not working.
