Instruction how to replace the cover on a TR 9650
1. Unscrew and remove the knob or the locking nut
depending on the age of the lift and remove the
chair from the lift.
2. Unscrew and remove the stop screw in the bottom
part of the column and then raise the sled to the
middle of the column by pressing ^ on the foot
control. Then lift the sled manually a little bit more
so that you get a slack on the lift band.
3. Unscrew the nut and remove the screw that holds
the auto stop mechanism.
Be careful and take care of all the parts that will fall
out! See right photo.
Then knock out the auto stop with a plastic
hammer.
