Assembling:
1. Push in the new drivebelt from the bottom of the column.
Press on the belt slacking mechanism to let the drivbelt
pass all the way to the top of the column. Mount the
drivebelt on the motor and make sure the drivebelt is not
twisted. Remount the bottom steel cover on the chassi.
2. Connect the wires to the switches in the plastic cover and
mount the plastic cover on the chassi again. Raise the
trolley on its wheels.
3. Now two persons lift up the stretcher + sledge over the
column. The third person mounts the drivebelt on the
screw and stainless steel pin to the sledge (see photo
under pos. 3b. above)
Make sure the belt is not twisted!
4. Very carefully push the sledge onto the column so that the
sliding washers and shims don’t fall out.
Remove all the tape while slowly lowering the sledge on
the column. Then push the sledge all the way down on
the column.
5. Mount the stop screw inside the column again. Be careful
not to drop it.
6. Mount the square lid on top of the sledge. Fold down the
white plastic shelf and put the mattress and pillow back.
7. Make a nal test. First by pressing the up button to reach
the stretcher top position and then the down button.
