5. Now carefully lift out the hydraulic pump from the shower
trolley.
6. Never keep the hydraulic pump upside down, try to hold it
vertically as possible so that you don’t get air into the
pump.
7. Remove the base plate from the hydraulic pump by
unscrewing the 2 pcs. of M6x12 screws (Torx T30).
8. Mount the new hydraulic pump on the base plate with the
2 pcs. of M6x12 screws, but do not tighten the screws. The
hydraulic pump needs to be a little bit loose on the base
plate, just to be able to mount the M8x16 screw into the
piston at the top of the column.
Also remember to remove the pedal arm from the old
pump and mount it on the new pump.
9. Now put the new hydraulic pump + base plate into the
column and and fasten the 5 pcs. of M8x20 screws
marked in photo. Use Loctite when you fasten these
screws.
