7.1 Connecting the device to Ethernet
The connection to Ethernet is realized via an auto-crossing switch is done using two 4-pin, D-
coded M8 x 1-Ethernet-connectors.

Interchanging of Ethernet- and power cables

Observe using the correct M8-connectors when connecting Ethernet- and
power cables:
- Ethernet: P1 and P2,
supply voltage: X1and X2

1 = TX +
2 = RX +
3 = RX –
4 = TX –
