Before installing the enclosure, plan the locaon and space needed to install equipment, and plan ergonomics of keyboards and video monitors.
Improper airow could damage installed components.
The following should be considered when nding a locaon for your enclosure
- Ambient temperature in the room should be as low as possible to allow ecient cooling.
- Do not install next to a radiator or heat source
- If installing with a DAX (Direct Airow eXhaust) allow no more than 2m from a wall or window pan from the rear of the enclosure.
- Do not place the enclosure in direct sunlight or in a small non-air condioned space.
- Place the enclosure close to venlaon or cool air ingress points in the room.
