Case sensitive!
Points to note
The altitude of the installation of the unit
must be set.
All pan panels must be tted.
The pan must be lled with hot (or cold) water
to the recommended amount.
The core probe(s) must be immersed in water.
Firstly allocate the thermocouples if necessary.
Procedure (Figure A)
●Startllingthewaterpanbytherecommended
quantity. You can use hot water.
●Immerse the core probe in the water. For a
unit with a double pan (112, 112T), two core
sensors should be immersed.
●Startthecalibrationbypressingthecorresponding
button.
●The automatic process lasts between 15 and
30 minutes depending on the model and the
initial temperature of the water. It is interrupted
when an anomaly occurs with an error code
being displayed. (see following pages)
To save time use hot water or enable calibration
after
havelaunchedtheautomaticlling.
Description of the automatic sequence:
I. Put in boiling water.
II. Wait until it is certain that it is boiling. The
temperature must remain stable.
III. Calibration: The calculation is the memorisa-
tion of values.
The new values are marked in the table
of measurements in real time after rebooting the
unit.
To check them (after restarting the unit) go to:
service mode > diagnosis > real-time measure-
ments > probes:
