Purpose: Control the pressure in the pan until it reaches the cooking time or core temperature desired.

The pressure sensor controls the heating,
target pressure of 150 mbar.
(L: P1 / R: P2)
Decompression valve (L: Y4 / R: Y5) is closed.
Opens only if P > 170 mbar (L: P1 / R: P2)
Control box solenoid valve Y2 is active as
soon as the decompression solenoid valve
(L: Y4 / R: Y5) is opened
and P > 4 mbar, (L:P1 / R: P2)
Pressure switch maximum pressure: 200 mbar (L:F7 / R) F11)
cut off the appliance via K1

Overheating safety device Avoid overpressure
Decompression solenoid valve (L: Y4 / R: Y5) opens if
P > 170 mbar (L: P1 / R: P2).
Closes as soon as P < 150 mbar.

Avoids malfunction due to a clogged pres-
sure measuring circuit
End pressure mode if:
T°c > [T° boiling + 7°C], (L: B12 + B1 / R: B13 + B2),
AND P** unchanged*, (L:P1 / R: P1 / R: P2)
