Purpose: Evacuate the cold air from the pan, replace it by hot steam.

Unlocking is prohibited as soon as P > 25

20°C)* (L:B1 / R: B2)
Pressure switch maximum pressure: 200 mbar (L:F7 / R) F11)

Pressure switch 20 mbar (L: F12 / R: F13) does not allow
unlocking while P > 20 mbar
