Step Operation Note / Safety

Preconditions
●Lid must be detected in the up position
●Lid must be unlocked: (Pressure units)
●Pan must be detected in the down position
The heating is turned off if the angle of the
pan is > 12°
Pan valve closes* if detected open

Regulation
Regulation via:
Pan thermocouple (L: B1 / R: B2)
or core probe (L: B12 / R: B13)
The choice between the core probe and the
pan thermocouple is made based on the
highest temperature.

Regulation / lid closed
If the lid is no longer detected in the up position, then the maximum
temperature = [T° boiling -3°C]. Via pan thermocouple (L: B1 / R: B2)
or core probe (L: B12 / R: B13) Same conditions for selection as in
step B.
The heating is turned off if the angle of the
pan is > 12°
