Preconditions
●Lid must be detected in the up position
●Lid must be unlocked: (Pressure units)
●Pan must be detected in the down position
The heating is turned off if the angle of the
pan is > 12°
Pan valve closes* if detected open

Preheating
Regulation via:
Pan thermocouple (L: B1 / R: B2)
or core probe (L: B12 / R: B13)
The choice between the core probe and the
pan thermocouple is made based on the
highest temperature.

Descent of basket
(AutoLift)
The basket can descend as soon as the cooking parameters are vali-
dated. Independently of the chosen temperature.
The user must validate the descent of the
basket

Regulation
Regulation via:
Pan thermocouple (L: B1 / R: B2)
or core probe (L: B12 / R: B13)
The heating is turned off if the angle of the
pan is > 12°
The heating is reduced if the lid is not de-
tected in the up position
