Lid must be detected in the up position
Lid must be unlocked: (Pressure units)
Pan must be detected in the down position
The heating is turned off if the angle of the
pan is > 12°
Pan valve closes* if detected open

Regulation via thermocouple of heating zones exclusively.
Max temperature = 250°C
12L: B4 > B6 / 112R: B7 > B9
211/311: B4 > B11
The heating is turned off if the angle of the
pan is > 12°

Max temperature = 150°C

Additional monitoring of the core probe temperature (L: B12 / R: B13)

Pan valve safety Drain valve turned off if the pan temperature (L: B1 / R: B2) is > 120°C

Safety water lling
The lling with water (VarioDose) function is disabled by the software if
the pan temperature L: B1 / R: B2) is > 120°C
In addition to the soft safety a thermostat
130°C (L: F25 / R: F26) prevents the power
to the supply solenoid valve if the pan tem-
perature is > 130°C
* Only on devices equipped with a motorised pan valve.
