Select ‘balance enquiry’
Call for override and press ‘OK’ (O)
To authorise, enter the supervisor ID and PIN
The POS device will display ‘please pass to customer’
‘Tap, swipe or insert card’ is displayed
After communications with the host, the screen will conrm the
transaction is successful and display the ‘balance to the customer’
The balance is displayed on the screen before it will return to
the idle screen, or press ‘OK’ (O) to return to the idle screen
