The POS device will display ‘please pass to customer’
If the cashier requires a PIN, enter the cashier’s PIN
‘Swipe or insert card’ is displayed with the total amount to
be reversed (this transaction is not supported by contactless)
Call for override and press ‘OK’ (O)
Insert, swipe or tap the card
To authorise, enter the supervisor ID and PIN
Enter the authorisation code
