Select ‘pre-auth cancel’
If cashiers are enabled, enter the cashier ID
If the cashier requires a PIN, enter the cashier’s PIN
Call for override and press ‘OK’ (O)
To authorise, enter the supervisor ID and PIN
‘Swipe or insert card’ is displayed with the total amount to be approved
Insert, swipe or tap the card
If prompted, the customer must enter his/her PIN
