If this card is not the same as the last transaction on the POS device, then the transaction
cannot reverse. The POS device will display the following: Transaction not found.
4. REVERSE LAST
Follow the same process as for ‘purchase’ except that ‘no purchase amount’ or ‘tip
amount’ is entered.
5. VOICE APPROVAL
Select ‘voice approval’
Enter the waiter ID, and PIN if prompted
Enter the amount and the tip amount
Call for override and enter the supervisor ID and PIN to authorise
Enter the table number (if enabled in settings)
Enter the authorisation code, which was received from Standard Bank
over the phone approval

Complete the rest of the transaction as per ‘purchase’ (see Purchase).
