Select ‘pre-authorise’
Enter the amount to pre-authorise
If cashiers are enabled, enter the cashier (user) ID
If the cashier requires a PIN, enter the cashier’s PIN
If requested, enter the reference number to print on the receipt
If requested, enter the invoice number to print on the receipt
The POS device will display ‘please pass to customer’
This transaction is not supported by contactless.

‘Swipe or insert card’ is displayed with the total amount to pre-authorise

display an ‘account selection’ screen; select the appropriate account
