5.0 End of Day Funcons
5.1 Selement
Selement for the terminal can occur via a programmed terminal selement (automac-
Selement) either by Live epos or by the PC-EFTPOS soware or by a manual selement.
Failure to perform a Selement may result in split deposits for Selements.
The terminal and POS must be powered on for selement to occur at the programmed me.
Note: A selement can only be performed once in a 24-hour period. You cannot sele
between 9:30PM and 11:00PM (AEST).
To enable an Automac Selement:
The terminal will have a default Automac Selement me (unless nominated by you at the
me of applicaon), which can vary by business. You (as the authorised
signatory) may contact Live epos to change the default Automac Selement me.
Alternavely, a scheduled task can be setup via the PC-EFTPOS EMS client, to schedule an
Automac Selement me. Refer to your POS vendor or PC-EFTPOS for assistance.
To process a Manual Selement:

APPROVED
Start by iniang the transacon via the POS interface.
Wait for the Selement processing screen to complete.
A successful message will display when the selement is
approved.
