2.6. Refrigerant Piping Connection
Select the appropriate dimensions (Pipe diameter & Wall thickness) of pipes connecting the indoor and
outdoor units. Considering the eect of the diameter and wall thickness of copper piping on the pressure drop
of the system, the pipe dimensions of the indoor and outdoor units should be determined according to the
specications in Table 2-9 or consult Vertiv local representative. The recommended dimensions of piping is
given in Table 2-6 & Table 2-7.
