For each mailbox that you create, you will need to add a mail widget for it on the
customisable home screen of your choice. To open your mailbox quickly, select the
widget title bar.
Remove a mailbox
1 Select Options > Delete mailbox and the mailbox to remove.
2 When prompted, confirm the removal.
3 If required, remove the mail widget from the home screen.
You can view the contents of folders within mailboxes, but this varies depending on
the mailbox type.
View your Mail for Exchange folders
1 With the account open, select Inbox. The list of your mail accounts and mail folders
is displayed.
2 Select Folders. The list of all folders in your Mail for Exchange account is displayed.
3 Select a folder. The account synchronises and downloads the mails in that folder.
View your IMAP mail account folders
1 With the account open, select Options > Settings and the mail service provider.
2 Select Sync content > Folder subscriptions, and mark the folders to be
synchronised.
3 Close Settings, and return to the mailbox.
4 Select Inbox > Folders.
Set up a Mail for Exchange mailbox
You can configure one of your mail accounts as a Mail for Exchange mailbox, giving
you mobile access to the mail, calendar, contacts, and tasks on the account, with the
option to keep content fully synchronised.
If you did not create a Microsoft for Exchange mailbox during initial mail setup following
registration, proceed as follows:
1 Select Menu > Mail.
2 Select New mailbox > Start.
3 You are asked whether or not you want to set up a corporate Mail for Exchange
account. If you do, select Yes and follow the steps on screen to create your Mail
for Exchange mailbox.
If you answer No, go to the next step.
4 Select either Vertu email (to set up a mailbox for your @vertu.me account) or
Other.
