vetus® Electronic engine remote control
Important 1: if there are more command stations connected to the same CANBus network, each command station
must have a unique address. The address of the command station is defined by the configuration of
thedip-switches.
Important 2: command station 1” and command station Fast Start-up Mode” cannot co-exist in the same system: ei-
ther you have a “Fast Start-up Mode or “Command station 1”.
Important 3: to configure the dip-switches of each command station, refer to the installation schemes reported from
section 7.1. to section 7.5.
Important 4: command station is configured from the factory for systems with only one actuator that can control 2 mo-
tors. This is the typical application where there are two motors and two gearboxes with electronic, inter-
face (like it is described in sections 7.4 and 7.5). In case of systems with two mechanical engines and two
mechanical gearboxes, you need to use two mechanical actuators (these are the installations described
at sections 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3). If this is the case, the command station must be re-configured as described at
section 4.4.
