Read the safety instructions carefully before driving on public
roads
Before driving on public road, you must read the safety instructions
carefully.
This will ensure that dangerous situations and accidents are avoided.
Lack of information can cause accidents.
When transporting the machine, take note of its overall height
The overall height of the machine cannot exceed 4 metres on public
roads.
This ensures that the machine can pass under bridges and suspended
electricity cables.
If this overall height is exceeded, it can cause both serious damage to
the machine and serious injury to the driver of the tractor.
General
• Comply with local legislation concerning lights, warning and safety
regulations.
• The driver and/or the owner of the machine has the responsibility
of complying with the Road Act.
• The tractor's manoeuvrability should not be adversely affected.
The tractor's steering shaft should be loaded with at least 20% of
the tractor’s dead weight.
• The braking distance of the tractor should not be reduced. At least
50% of the vehicle's total weight must rest on the braked wheel.
• Carrying passengers on the machine is strictly prohibited.
Before travelling
on public roads
• The hydraulic function should be placed in neutral and locked.
• The tractor hydraulics should be disconnected.
• Be sure there are no children in the machine's hazard area.
• Check the surrounding area before operating the machine.
