Checking the
machine
Before travelling on the road the machine should be checked
according to this check list:
Is the outermost guard on both cutting units open to minimise the
transport height of the machine?

Is the machine in the transport position?
Are the machine's transport securing devices locked?
Are the tractor's hydraulics disconnected?
Are the machine attachment points secured by a pin?
Does the lighting kit of the machine work correctly?
Travelling on
public roads
• Check the area around the machine before you start. Be aware of
children in the danger area of the machine.
• Do not exceed the maximum permitted speed.
• Adjust the speed according to the road conditions.
• Avoid sudden sideways movement with the machine.
• Make sure that steering and braking ability is sufficient.
