CHAPTER 2 43
1. Open gripper.
2. Slide rail 3 and 4 to its outer position.
3. Measure the width and length of the Coldplate.
4. Adjust grippers 1a and b equally divided over the Coldplate width.
5. Adjust grippers 2a, b and c equal divided over the Coldplate length.
6. Hold Coldplate in gripper against rail 1 and 2 and fine adjust the pin positionings 2d and 2e
together with grippers 2a and 2c.
7. Slide rail 3 against the Coldplate.
8. Slide rail 4 against the Coldplate.
9. Close gripper and check if Coldplate is correctly in position and correct if necessary.
10. Open gripper and take out the Coldplate.
11. Gripper ready for use in machine.
