Problem Potential Cause Troubleshooting
Turn the power on,
but the vehicle has no
power
1) No power to the
Vehicle
2) Battery has a low
state of charge
1) Check battery switch power
is on
2) Check that the power is
connected properly, and the
battery is fully seated and locked
in place
3) Battery under voltage. Charge
the battery
Turn the power on and
twist the throttle, and
the motor does not
engage.
1) The vehicle brakes
are engaged
2) Start switch failure
1) Check that the brake handle is
not in the braking state
2) Refer to the “Operating
Instructions” section of this

3) Check the start switch
4) Contact the service department
Insufcient mileage
