Volcon, Inc. Limited Warranty
Each new Brat electronic bike (the “bike”) sold by Volcon, Inc. (“Volcon”, “us”,
“we”, or “our”) comes with the limited warranty set forth herein (the “Limited
Warranty”) for the original retail purchaser (“you” or “customer”). PRODUCT
REGISTRATION and/or PURCHASE RECEIPT is required for valid warranty coverage.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
We warrant that, for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date the
bike is shipped [purchased direct] OR purchased from a Volcon
Authorized Dealer/Distributor, that all Covered Components (defined
below) will be free from defects in material or workmanship.
Serialized Covered Components (defined below), purchased as spares, warrant for
a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of purchase to be free from defects from
the manufacturer.
● The term “Covered Components” means the bike’s hardware, frame, forks,
motor, controller, display and electrical sub-assemblies.
We also warrant that the bike’s battery will maintain 60% or higher capacity for at
least 500 charge cycles or TWO (2) YEARS from the date the bike is delivered to
you, whichever comes first.
THE LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE WARRANTY MADE BY VOLCON. NEITHER
ANY PERFORMANCE OR OTHER CONDUCT, NOR ANY ORAL OR WRITTEN
INFORMATION, STATEMENT OR ADVICE PROVIDED BY VOLCON OR ANY OF
ITS SUPPLIERS, AGENTS, OR EMPLOYEES WILL CREATE A WARRANTY, OR IN
ANY WAY INCREASE THE SCOPE OR DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
WHO MAY USE THIS LIMITED WARRANTY?
The Limited Warranty is valid only for you, the original retail purchaser, and is not
transferable. In the event you sell or otherwise transfer the bike to a third party prior to
the expiration of the applicable warranty period, the warranty period shall immediately
terminate. The warranty period cannot be extended by granting an additional warranty.
HOW DO YOU MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?
To assert a warranty claim, you must notify Volcon at service@volcon.com during
the applicable warranty period set forth above. Both Volcon’s Service and Warranty
team will, directly or via one of its certied service centers or dealerships, contact
you to evaluate your claim. Volcon will initially work with you on the problem to
identify any possible simple xes. You must provide Volcon with photographs and
information as reasonably requested by Volcon in order to evaluate your claim.
