Seawater Pump, Overhaul
NOTICE! Close the sea cock or the valve on the S-
drive before working on the cooling system.
Disassemble
1 Remove the seawater pump.
Remove the gearwheel (1) from the seawater
pump shaft. Use a puller.
2
Remove the impeller cover (1) and gasket.
Pull out the impeller (2) with the aid of polygrip
pliers.
Remove the wear washer (3).
