Engine
Camshaft front
seal, replacement
Detach
belt shield
from
cylinder
head
Bemove
two
upper reraining
botts.
Bend
out shield
to free it from
camshaft.
tf necessary
slacken
coolant
pump
upper bott.
Keep
shield
in outer
posjtion
with
a
piece
of wood.
Remove
camshaft
cap 1 and
oil seal
seal
L
Press in new
camshaft
Oil
seal.
Do not
push
in seal lo botiom
position.
Make sure that
Install
camshaft
cap 1
Torque
to 20
Nm
{15
ft lbs).

in seal
to bottom
position
Release
cover.
Use adapter
5200 ro
rap in
oil

belt cover

Install
gear
belt
and camshaft
tront
sprocket
Pull
belt to
ensure that ir is
seatecl corecrly
on crank-
shaft
gear.
Place
belt over camshafr
sprocker
and instail sprocket
Instal
center
bolt and tighren.
lt shoutd be
possibte
for
sprocketlo
turn on camshaftwithout
camshaft rotaring.
